The announcement of Oracle Content Management's imminent sunsetting was a shake up for many sites that used the CMS as their primary platform of their sites and/or content. Here at Redstone we were not only implementors, we were users as well with our home site residing in the OCM ecosystem. We took this opportunity to choose a modern framework that would give us the freedom to customize components and pages as we needed, and we found that Svelte was our ideal for both its power and developer experience.

While updating the site, focus was put on exposing the visitor to the Oracle technologies, solutions, and products available and try to get the user to where they want to go in a click or two. That isn't to say we didn't also take the chance to ad some little pieces of flair here and there to add some pizazz. If we are going to use a modern framework we may as well do a kickflip or two where appropriate, and I hope that when you see one it alteast makes you grin a little.
